Pay & Position

The money, up front.

Everyone starts at $25 an hour. Everyone. Our Fast Track program moves you from $25 to $28 an hour as you graduate levels, and experienced cleaners move through fast.

Any day we schedule you, you make at least $150 before taxes. We only bring you in on days with 2 to 3 cleans stacked, and if the day adds up to less, we top you up.

This is a W-2 employee position, not 1099, not cash. Pay is biweekly.

Parking is covered. You never pay to park for a clean. Supplies are covered too, and your work t-shirt is provided.

Your pay is your pay: the hourly rate and the day minimum are the whole deal, stated before you ever apply.

Schedule

You tell us when you can work.

  • Every role here is part-time right now. This is supplemental income work that fits around your life, your classes, or your other job.

  • You get access to our app, where you put in your availability for the week or the month, as far in advance as you can, and sign up for shifts that fit. Signing up is a commitment: only sign up when you are confident you can take the shift.

  • Cleans run in a 10 AM to 4 PM window. No early mornings, no late nights, and no clean ever takes more than 3 hours.

  • Sundays are our biggest turnover day, so you must be free at least 2 Sundays a month.

  • No driving all over Boston. Our homes are concentrated in a small area, often several units in the same building.

Training

Trained by people from the top of hospitality.

You are trained by Mac and Paige, the owners, and nobody works alone in a home until we fully trust them and they feel ready. We work your first cleans right beside you, cleaning with you, never standing over you. Once you know the system, we do not micromanage.

Our background: Mac spent 6 years on superyachts, deckhand to bosun, then managed private estates. Paige was a superyacht stewardess and an executive housekeeper on private estates. Between us we have worked at the highest level of hospitality there is, and we will teach you everything we know: how a luxury home is cared for, how a bed is made on a superyacht or in a penthouse, how to leave a place feeling like no one has ever stayed there.

The Work

You will clean high end Airbnb rentals between guests and private homes around Boston: full cleans, beds, baths, kitchens, restocking, and a photo report at the end so the owner sees the unit is ready.

You will learn our checklist system, one unit at a time, starting on smaller homes and graduating to bigger ones as your pay level rises.

Every home is empty when you work. No guests, no customers, no one watching. Your music, your pace, our standard.

The Standard

The homes are nice. The clean has to match.

The homes we turn over are not average rentals. Think Back Bay condos, Seaport apartments, and private residences with real furniture and real finishes. They are cleaned to a standard the owner can walk into and photograph.

That means a bed made to a superyacht standard, not pulled straight. Surfaces wiped in the right order, with the right product. Shower glass without a streak, floors without a corner skipped. Every unit is checked against our checklist and photographed before we call it done.

You are not judged on speed alone. You are judged on whether the place looks like no one has stayed there. That is the job, and we train you until it feels normal.

Experience helps and moves you up faster, but it is not required. Eager and quick beats experienced and careless here.
