Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnovers
Turnover cleaning for Boston Airbnb hosts.
Same crew, same checklist, every guest. We reset your unit between stays to a yacht and penthouse standard, restock it, photograph it, and tell you anything that needs attention — so your next check-in is not a gamble.
What's included
Every turnover, the full list.
This is the standard pass on a Boston one or two bedroom unit. Larger homes, extra bathrooms and outdoor space add time, and we tell you that up front rather than after the first clean.
Beds & linen
- Stripping used linen and bundling it for laundry
- Fresh sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases
- Beds made to a hotel fold, tight and square
- Towels folded and staged to your standard
- Fresh linen sets left ready for the next turn
Bathrooms
- Toilets, sinks and tubs disinfected
- Shower glass and tile descaled, not just wiped
- Mirrors and fixtures polished without streaks
- Towels, soap, paper and amenities restocked
Kitchen
- Counters, backsplash and cabinet fronts wiped
- Appliances wiped inside where used — microwave, fridge handles, kettle
- Dishwasher run or emptied, sink cleared and dried
- Coffee, paper, dish soap and basics restocked
Everywhere else
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, corners included
- Surfaces, switches, remotes and handles disinfected
- Trash and recycling taken out, bins relined
- Staged for the photo: throws, cushions, lamps, curtains
How a turnover runs
Between checkout and check-in.
01
We get in and look first
Your code, lockbox or key handoff, whatever you already use. We photograph the unit on arrival, so anything a guest left behind or damaged is documented before we start.
02
We clean to the checklist
The same sequence every visit, unit by unit. Nobody improvises a turnover, which is why a Tuesday clean looks exactly like a Saturday one.
03
We restock and stage
Linen changed, consumables refilled, towels and throws placed the way your listing photos show them. The unit is set for the guest, not just cleaned.
04
We report before we leave
Photos and a short written report land with you the same day: what was done, what was low on supplies, what broke. No guessing whether the place is ready.
The report
Proof after every visit.
- Time in and time out
- Photos of every room, plus anything unusual
- What was restocked and what is running low
- Maintenance issues found, with photos
- Whether the unit is guest ready
First-line fixes
Small problems, caught early.
A cleaner who only cleans walks past the things that turn into a bad review. We handle the small stuff on the spot where we can, and flag the rest before it costs you a stay:
- A dripping faucet, a running toilet, a loose handle
- A burned-out bulb or a dead remote battery
- A stain or scuff that needs more than a standard pass
- A guest left something behind, or took something
- A supply that will not last the next stay
