Paige's career began aboard private superyachts as a stewardess, where she was trained to the highest standards of interior care on vessels valued at over 100 million dollars. That environment sharpened what those who've worked alongside her describe as an extraordinary eye for detail, the kind that notices what most people walk right past. Every surface, every fold, every arrangement has to be right, and Paige simply doesn't leave until it is. Beyond the cleaning itself, her instinct for organization sets a different tone entirely. She approaches each home with a system, one that ensures nothing is missed, everything has a place, and the space feels genuinely cared for rather than just tidied. After transitioning to land, Paige ran housekeeping teams at large private estates in Miami, setting the standard for how a home should look and feel day to day. It was Paige who planted the seed for The Crew Cleaning Group, growing it from a side project in Boston into the full-service business it is today.

Mac Collins
Mac spent five years aboard 52-meter and 66-meter superyachts, starting as a deckhand and rising to Bosun, leading the entire deck team. Those years at sea built a foundation for maintaining and cleaning multi-million-dollar assets where mistakes simply aren't an option. Transitioning to land, Mac built his career managing some of Miami's most prestigious private estates, homes where the artwork inside was worth more than the property itself. Every surface, finish, and material demanded a different level of expertise and care. What sets Mac apart is the range of knowledge he built as an Estate Manager, not just housekeeping, but a deep understanding of the mechanical systems, smart home technology, and infrastructure that keeps a high-end property running. With over eleven years in high-end private service, he brings precision, discretion, and a genuine commitment to caring for your home the way it deserves.
Our Story
The Standard Behind The Crew
We met aboard a superyacht, Mac on deck and Paige running interior, and spent six years in a world with no margin for error, caring for hundred-million-dollar vessels and the families aboard them. That was the foundation: a standard of service where nothing is left to chance and you learn to stay invisible while you deliver it.
We mastered the craft ashore. Mac moved into private estate management; Paige continued running interiors in private homes, residences where the art alone was worth more than the building. Our job was never simply to clean. It was to anticipate needs before they were spoken, to see problems before the owner noticed them, and to make a home run so smoothly that issues never had the chance to arise. You learn to read a property for the loose hinge, the early leak, the bulb about to go, and to handle it so completely the family simply gets to live in their home.
We chose Boston to build a life closer to family, and The Crew Cleaning Group is how we bring that standard home, to the brownstones, condos, and townhouses of the city, for owners who want theirs held to the same bar.
