Many of our clients travel for extended periods or split their time between residences. A vacant home is exposed to risks that a quick check-in can't always catch: undiscovered water leaks, HVAC failures, mold, pest infestations, and the small issues that compound into significant damage when no one is there to notice.

That's why we're building a professional home watch program, not a casual favor, but a structured, accredited service with exterior and interior inspection protocols, written reports after every visit, and a concierge layer for the things that come up while you're gone.

Full visual inspection of all walls, ceilings, and rooms

Confirm all windows and doors are locked

Check for water stains, mold, and mildew

Inspect for signs of rodents, insects, or pests

Verify thermostats and HVAC are functioning properly

Run faucets, flush toilets, test appliances, then secure main water

Inspect electrical panel for tripped breakers

Check hot water tank for leaks or power issues

After every inspection, you'll receive a written report confirming completion, plus photos of any issues discovered and confirmation that your main water supply has been secured.
